I'm Emma Wylie, a Registered Nutritionist passionate about women’s health. 

Elo Wellbeing was born out of a want to inspire and empower women toward a more nurturing way of living.

Even having been a nutritionist for the better part of a decade, and interested in health long before, it was still a tough journey for me to learn how to properly nourish and nurture myself.
