What happens in a 1:1 consultation?
In your session we’ll explore your current health concerns, goals, and lifestyle. You’ll receive personalised, science-backed guidance that’s practical, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs, from food and movement guidance to blood test analysis, supplement prescriptions, lifestyle recommendations and more.
Can I claim with health insurance?
If your policy covers sessions with a New Zealand Registered Nutritionist, you may be able to claim your appointments. We recommend checking directly with your insurer.
